PDF Configuration

We improved the PDF Configurator created at crm-now and offer it to you as a standalone customization or as a standard feature in vTiger+.

Like the original version you can choose how your Quotes, Invoices, Sales Orders, and Purchases appear. Select paper size, font, language, and other appearance options from any easy to use menu. In our version, we cleaned up the header section as you can see in these screenshots.

Custom Reports

Manipulate reports to display the information you need. Our reports customization sorts reports by column and adds breaks and subtotals to help organize your data.

The type of break can be different for each report and view. In this example, the web view has a break in the table. If there were numerical columns, there would be a subtotal at the end of each table. The second image is the PDF output, which is configured to insert a page break between tables.

Google Maps Integration

Google Maps Integration allows you to see where a customer or contact is located from within vTiger. Another useful feature is that it will also display nearby customers and contacts as well. With this information at your sales team's fingertips, they will be able to get from place to place without driving back and forth across town. Just check which contacts are nearby and plan your route accordingly.

It's as simple as:

  1. Select a contact and click the Map button on the Contact Detail Page
  2. A map will display with all nearby contacts listed on the left. In the second screenshot, everything but qualified leads is filtered out.

Customized Contact Search

Vtiger's advanced search is powerful, but setting up each field is a hassle. And when you make more than a few complex searches in a day, it's downright aggravating. Our contact search customization makes multi-field searches more convenient by putting common search fields at the top of your Contact page by default. This way users don't have to wrestle with adding and subtracting fields.

Even faster are our Quick Search Buttons, which conduct and sort a predefined search according to your needs, like speed dial on your phone, or a bookmark on a web page.

Custom Dashboards

Display complex information in an easy to understand format with our custom dashboards. Any data query can be filtered, sorted, and displayed attractively and informatively in real time.

As a performance measurement tool, you can use our dashboards to calculate calls to sales ratios for any user at any given period of time. Or make the calculation more nuanced and ignore certain types of leads. No matter the complexity, your dashboard is a just a click away.

Basic Setup

Let us get you up and running with our Basic Setup. We'll install a standard vTiger build, ensure software compatibility, and perform basic configuration of the standard settings. For a more complex setup that includes our most useful modifications and customizations, see vTiger+.

Hosting

For custom vTiger and vTiger+ solutions, Boru offers hosting on its own servers. We perform daily onsite and offsite backups to give you peace of mind that your data is safe. All hardware and software maintenance is performed by Boru, meaning you won't have to worry about your servers crashing, or keeping up-to-date.
