Customization – Vtiger – Gmail Opens/Clicks Integration

We are excited to announce two huge new features for our Vtiger Gmail integration app, Boru2Gmail:

• you can now get real time info on your client/prospect opens and clicks because we have added a new tab in Boru2GMail that shows you this info
• Vtiger templates accessible in gmail compose window

In addition, we added:

• a tab to see open and click tracking summarized for individual contact
• all the email tracking information is in Vtiger too
• Vtiger leads integration to Boru2Gmail (previously only contacts)

With this new integration, the user can send emails using Gmail and track the opens and clicks inside of Vtiger, as well as in the Boru2Gmail app. This update provides a live feed that shows up in the Boru2gmail window and gives you a breakdown of updates as people open and click on emails that you’ve sent.
