It is a little thing, but often our clients want to use a custom naming structure for pdf’s they create using pdf maker. The standard pdf maker function creates very generic numbers that don’t mean anything to users when they look at the files in a folder, etc.. Our Boru team wanted to enable our clients to set a new nomenclature for creating and naming Vtiger PDFs, and with our latest customization, they can do just that by setting a new Vtiger PDF Maker file name structure.
Our newest customization includes the company name of the invoice, as well as the invoice number, date and time. This way, you’ll have an easier time finding the right PDF file when you want to locate a specific pdf.
