If you are a marketer and you are trying to get the most out of your vtiger, you’ve probably tried to send a mass email or a workflow/drip email to your clients that have purchased a specific product. It’s impossible in standard vtiger. But now our add-on will allow you to do this easily.
Once you purchase and install this add-on, a field is added to contacts and organizations that lists the products that the contact/organization has purchased. Once that information is there, you can easily build your workflow conditions and filters to help you do targeted emails to clients that purchased specific products.
