Currently when working a ticket in Vtiger, there is no way to add assets or to see the assets that are related to the ticket. With our “Click to Add an Asset To a Ticket” extension for Vtiger, now you can! We did this by adding an Asset Related List to the the Vtiger tickets screen and a “Select Asset” button on the related list.

Some of the app’s features that will increase your productivity are:

• Easily ink-in assets when working on a ticket
• See linked tickets when you are on the asset screen
• We made it easier to select an asset by limiting the assets to ones that are linked to the same organizations as the ticket
