Companies that find this helpful, typically receive shipments of numerous pieces of equipment at the same time.  Those items are received, added to inventory and stocked in a warehouse.  When a client orders an item an asset is created and that asset is linked to the Organization record.  But creating an asset each time is not very efficient and so we developed this Vtiger Create Asset  Worksheet so the assets can be easily created when the items are received in the warehouse.

When adding items as assets using the Vtiger Create Asset Worksheet, the user typically has a code reader wand.  They take the first item and scan the bar code for the UPC code and the serial number. Then repeat with the next items until all are complete or 50 items are complete.  Upon submit all the items are created as assets.
