If you use Vtiger Tickets that are linked to Organizations, then you will like the convenience of the Vtiger Tickets List Widget. On the Organization summary view screen, the Tickets List Widget shows you a “heads up” view of recent tickets linked to that organization. It saves you from having to page back and forth using the standard related list for tickets and increases your productivity.
