With Boru’s Vtiger M Q Y Sales Dashboard Graph you see red if they are not meeting their goals and you see green if they are on track. The system calculates what their sales level should be at for that day of the month, quarter, and year. With a mouse over it tells you (and the sales rep) if their progress is on track with meeting their goals for the period. E.g. The monthly goal is about 1/20th on the 1st day of the month.
