The Boru Vtiger Quote Templates streamline your quote creation if you frequently do similar quotes/bundles.

First, you open an existing quote that you want to turn into a template:

• Click “Create Template” to memorize it
• Select the quote fields and custom fields that you want to memorize as part of the template
• Memorize the products/services listed in the quote as well if you wish

Later, you can use this template with a different prospect:

• Go to the contact and create a quote
• Select the quote template from the pull down
• All the memorized fields, products and services will appear. You can still modify anything on the quote as needed.
