We are working on app that has a lot of functions, but today I want to focus on how we were able to use Vtiger to connect it to the App and help us with the use of contacts. For this App, we need to have contact profiles in order to establish things such as relationship, primary contact and secondary contact, for when we have either a new order or a reorder. Thanks to Vtiger, we are able to connect it to the App and sync contacts back and forth between the two.
For Example, when is a new order, the contact comes as a lead from Vtiger, then it is converted into a contact and sent back to Vtiger for future orders. If more contacts are created in the App under the contact’s order, then they are linked together. Finally, when it is a reorder, Vtiger will sync the contacts and send them to the Contact page of the App and ready to be used. Any Changes that are made on the App will update the contact in Vtiger and vice versa.
All in all, this is an efficient way to use Vtiger in an App, since you will be able to have your contacts in order and ready to use when you need them.
