Vtiger put up a version of 6.4 that I would describe as an Alpha. We loaded it up on one of our servers if you want to take a look at it. I have not had much time to look at changes in the GUI nor have our developers reviewed the code changes. Over the upcoming months/days we will document the changes and improvements. Hopefully others can chime in as well.
I have heard there is:
- New notification control area
- New layout support for different themes

Once the latest 6.4 build is stable we will of course add it as an option with our Vtiger Starter Packages.
