Vtiger 7 added a new feature that allows you to assign meaning to your picklist. The field values are provided by Vtiger and you can assign them in any module in your CRM. Some examples of field values for the Contacts module are “Cold Call”, “Trade Show”, “Direct Mail”, and more.
