Don’t waste time by searching to find commonly used data. Instead, customize your Vtiger headers so that this type of information is at the top of the page to save time. An example of this would be to set phone numbers in the headers of contact records to shorten the time it takes to make a call.
Go to Module Layouts & Fields to add to your headers:
- Navigation > CRM Settings > Module Management > Module Layouts & Fields
