Boru2Gmail Improvements
1. Control the ticket Quick Create fields – the fields you choose in Vtiger Quick Create are the same fields that will appear in your Boru2Gmail App
2. Filter the tickets in the Boru2Gmail listview – users can filter the tickets to opened, closed, or all
3. In Boru2Gmail ticket listview, you can see every ticket related to the Organization – while viewing a contact’s email, every ticket related to that contact as well as every ticket related to the Organization is displayed in the ticket listview
