Our client wanted an easy way to understand their customers so they can provide them with the best service possible. To address this, we built a Facebook integration in their Vtiger CRM. You can manually enter a contact or lead Facebook URL in a field while editing the record page. Now, they can access their customer’s Facebook profile page by clicking on the contact or lead image in the Vtiger record. The contact or lead image is the person’s Facebook profile photo.
