While typeahead search results are helpful, the tool can filter multiple suggestions with the same name. This forces you to guess the correct result or search in Vtiger to find the correct result. To avoid this problem, we created an improved typeahead results tool:
- Additional information is added next to the initial suggestion to easily identify the correct result.
- Example: You search the name Tim and five Tim results show up. With our improvement, you can find the correct record quickly because the related company names will appear next to each result (see image).
- This customization can be applied in any search field that provides typeahead results in Vtiger
