Our client ships hundreds of packages a month, and needed a quick way to track shipments and confirm deliveries. We directly linked the tracking information for every shipment to their Vtiger by making their custom tracking number field a clickable HTML link (see image). The link automatically brings up the package tracking information and this feature can appear in any Vtiger module.
