Worked with a company to set up vtiger for a company that uses a franchise ownership setup. Here is what we did to help them user vtiger to support their operations:
- set up permissions in Vtiger so the franchisees could not see each other’s data
- we helped them with Vtiger reporting and Vtiger dashboards so corporate can have a global view and each franchise can have their own management data
- each franchise has a it’s own web form to post new leads to Vtiger
- we set up a custom proposal/contract pdf that met their needs perfectly
- we added Vtiger digital signature to the custom proposal/contract pdf so they can capture the signatures in paperless mode without ever leaving Vtiger
- we set up our Vtiger Quote templates module for them
- set up a our Vtiger gmail chrome app for them
- migrated their data from their existing system
- created a couple hundred custom fields form a excel spreadsheet via a script
- they use our Vtiger google drive integration app to store and link documents in vtiger
- they use our Vtiger-dropbox integration app to store and link documents in vtiger
- they use our Paypal Vtiger integration app to take payments over the phone and via email
- we customized the Paypal Vtiger integration so it can work for the correct Paypal account fro each franchisee
- we did Vtiger – Authorize.net integration the same as Paypal above
- set up our Vtiger mail chimp app and customized it to operate with a separate account for each franchise
- did the same as above for Constant Contact too
- set up our multiple outgoing email server app
- we set up template permissions so each user can only see the templates for their franchise
