- When you import records in Vtiger, by default the assigned to will be set to the logged user. If you like, you can set them all to one default user in the mapping page (step 4).
- If you want to set records to more than one user, you can use our Boru VTiger Import app, or you will have to break up the import file so there is only one assigned to user per file. That is not very elegant on vtiger’s part, but hopefully this tip will save you the time and frustration of trying to find a way to do it in vtiger.
