Some Vtiger users get a little confused on the ‘Specify when to execute this Workflow’ section of the Vtiger workflows. The one that most often needs clarification is: ‘Until the first time the condition is true.’ That means that the workflow will trigger the first time the condition is true and never again after that. Note, the record needs to be saved in order to trigger it.
The others are pretty straightforward:
- Only on the first save = when the record is created
- Every time the record is saved = on every save including create
- Every time a record is modified = on every save except the first one.
