We received this support question from a client who hosts vtiger on Linux (if you host on Windows, you won’t have this issue) and was having a problem with uploading docs that had spaces in the file name. Earlier versions of Vtiger would lose the file completely. More current versions insert underscores for the spaces as part of the upload/doc creation process.
